UK CUSTOMERS:

As of 19/08/2022, EVERYONE (including UK customers) must now request postage by checking out with one our following postage options:

TRACKED 48 (FREE)  (Maximum compensation £100)

TRACKED 24 (£4.00) (Maximum compensation £100)

SPECIAL DELIVERY (£12) (Maximum compensation £2500)

You are welcome to choose whichever shipping method you so desire, however should any packages get stolen/go missing (very rare that this happens), we are only able to refund up to the respective compensation amount per delivery method. THUS, if you have spent more than £100, we strongly recommend you go for Special Delivery where the compensation is up to £2500. 

We will now be shipping weekly, every Thursday (subject to changes based on availability during the week).

You will be required to make your postage request by 12:00 (NOON, UK TIME) on a Wednesday, to ensure your cards are shipped out via the respective postage method chosen on the Thursday.

If you make a postage request after this time, it will go out in the following week's postage run. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

International customers MUST pay for the International payment option (£15), or alternatively they can opt for a faster service for £35 via DHL. 

Furthermore, when filling out the customs declaration forms, in order to best protect both us and our customers, we will put the value of the package as what we estimate the value of the cards inside to be. We WILL NOT be sending packages as gifts or with a lower value. As always we are open to discussing what the value of the package should be with our customers. 

Please ensure when requesting postage Internationally, that you include your name and mobile phone number when ordering, this is so customs can make easy contact with you if necessary. 

For international orders we use the Royal Mail International Tracked postage service.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE (£15) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIKELY DELAYS WITH REGULAR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE (£35)  HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE ANY CARDS OF DISTINCTIVE VALUE/LARGE QUANTITIES OF CARDS.
